I enjoy them as it gives individual members "15 minutes of fame". If we had 20 threads a day for everyone's birthday then it would get old, but the one or two we have are fun.
I like them. It's always fun to have a Birthday thread.
I dislike them, because I'm grouchy.
I find them useless because there are 20+ birthdays on EoFF everyday.
I'm neutral on the matter.
