Something to do before Reddas goes?
I'm about to enter Pharos.
Do I need to do something before I complete it and Reddas goes?
I wanan take full advantage of him. So far:
I own Ultima and Zodiark.
I slayed 41 hunts (up to King Behemoth)
I know there are two more hunts plus Omega... Wanna keep Reddas for it, but I guess is not possible.
Is there anything else?
I'm at level 97 with my three main characters (hand trained) and the three backups are at level 99 (by Negalmuur)
Reddas is at 87

you seem pretty set to me. I kept Reddas until I knew all I had left to do was yiazamat and Omega. I even made a thread asking if it was possible to fight Omega before Reddas "leaves" but no can do.
When I got Reddas Vann was level 99 making reddas 99 too. Does having the Zodiak Spear on Vann increase Reddas' attack?

No. Guest characters and espers have their own stats curves programmed into the game already.
Did you fight the Hell Wrym and the Earth Tyrant?
