    Default Preferred version?

Which version of the game do you like most? SNES fan translation/original, PS1 anthology (assuming there wasn't any lag), or GBA? I'm currently thinking GBA, because of the general quality of the script, graphics, and sound. What'll you use for the upcoming "EoFF plays FFV"?

The GBA, if only cause the script is amazing and Faris no longer sounds like something out of a Saturday morning cartoon. I don't care much for the optional classes but the optional dungeon is pretty cool. I get a wonderful portable version of one the greatest FF games ever made.

An important aspect of the game, to me, is to be able to play the game online with other people using the multiplayer option. The Gameboy Advance version lacks this.

GBA for me. The script is it's defining feature compared to the others.

GBA version, why? Script is awesome, new dungeons and super bosses are really tough, actually in comparison FFV GBA is the best out of IV-VI GBA versions. Beastiary is a nice feature too, I like to filling it 100%

Really it is mostly all thanks to script. Characters are now much more likeable.

I believe its the recycled script from the scrapped SNES port of FFV. It feels like a script from back then at least.

Yes, Final Fantasy V is multiplayer. In the Super Nintendo version of the game, you can set each character to a controller and each controller can control the character on screen. This allows you to split up the party between two players and cooperate during battles.

So if you used an emulator with an internet multiplayer option, you could play the game with others. That might be fun during "EoFF plays", playing co-op with a friend over the series of tubes.

There were some classic lines in the fanslation that I wish se would've put into the official gba translation, but I enjoyed most of the other lines as far as I played in the gba.

Not much I can add at this point. But yea the GBA is awesome. No Pirate Faris. But I found her hilarious, annoying but still hilarious.
