Oh hey guys, thanks for treating all of Avalanche to Olive Garden.
Oh hey guys, thanks for treating all of Avalanche to Olive Garden.
Yeah, we're not going to bother with the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl. And I hope you guys don't mind, I'm getting an appetizer, too. Calamari is delicious.
Yep, and I'll have the tiramisu for dessert.
Chocolate Mousse Cake for me. You guys want in? I mean, you are paying for it, after all.
Lasagna - Olive Garden style...that sounds really good right now.
I'll have the chicken alfredo with a diet coke.
You know you have to put money into the other account to keep it active, right? Your bank has been transferring about 100 Gil a month to keep it active. It had about 1700 Gil in it by the time we got there, so it was more than enough to pay for tonight. Thanks, though. You should probably tell your bank about it, though.
Ohh, and don't say that you have a secret Swiss Bank account or something in the Caymans. We know you work for Shinra, and Shinra requires that you have money in an account at all times, as well as a Shinra Bank account in the first place, both Savings and Checking. Sorry, dude, they crapped out.
By the way, I looked at the interest rate. .05% is not good. You really should invest in a better bank, with all the trouble the economy is going through. I mean, it's just common sense. No point in wasting that Shinra Economic Stimulus Check.
We're not uncouth barbarians, we don't want all of it. Just enough for some dinner. Pocket change, as it were. We have a right to eat.
Because they wouldn't let you put more of your money in the private banks. I mean, requiring an account at your place of work, which is authoritative and not economically practical in the first place is kind of uncool. They could secretly siphon money out at any time to cover their own losses, and you wouldn't be able to do much about it. Sorry, man, they crapped out.
Seriously, .05% interest? That's like, nothing. You would get more interest just by putting 10 Gil into the Wutai Stock Exchange and leave it there for 30 years. Leave it there, and despite economic fluctuations, you're set to get at least 12% total interest, and the Wutai Stock Exchange compounds funds quarterly, not annually, like Shinra. Yeah, it's that bad.
This is one of the things we wish to change.
