The Shinra Party Thread!
The Shinra party hails mainly from the southern forums - ie, the Final Fantasy forums - where people live a simple life. They are mostly religious, believing in the church of Final Fantasy, and the Shinra party shares many of their beliefs.
The War
In 2001, Citizen Bleys launched a vicious terrorist attack on Eyes on FF, destroying the World Events forum. In response. EoFF sent in a team of Cid's Knights to God Hates Fraggles', a forum belonging to Bleys' close ally, Dr Unne, upon rumours that it was harbouring hackers and spambots. After an initial spam bombardment, the forces of Unne surrendered and the Cid's Knighs began an occupation, where insurgents launch daily assaults upon them.
The Shinra party wishes for the Cid's Knights to remain in GHF. Some have argued that they only wish to prolong the campaign there because they wish to skim money off GHF's extensive ad revenues. The Shinra have vowed that if the attacks on Cid's Knights continue, they would not hesitate to escalate the campaign and launch a tactical DDoS strike against GHF.
Homeland Security
The Shinra Party intends to implement plans that give Cid's Knights the power to find out the real name and home address of all members, on the off chance that they are Bleys operatives using second accounts.
Law & Order
The Shinra Party wants a severe crackdown on all rule-breakers. A zero tolerance to crime will be taken, with the "three strikes" rule leading to permanent banishment. In addition, if a user comes into your visitor messages to post anything at all, be it just "Hello", you have the right to flame them. This is a sacred right, set down in the Rules/FAQ by Cid.
The Economy
The Shinra Party intends for EoFF to be funded entirely by corporations, with extensive advertising planned, and sponsorship for forums (eg. Eyes on Each Other brought to you by Pepsi) and ranks (Sony's Recognized Members).
Immigration
It sickens supporters of the Shinra Party to see new members coming in and taking thread ideas from hardworking, honest EoFFers. This why they intend to disable registration, and anyone attempting to register will have a tidal wave of viruses sent to them.
