Do you usually bother with getting extra Osmose scrolls from Wizards?

I actually have gotten extra Osmose scrolls in most of the files I made in FF2. On my GBA and really good Origins file I actually got 2 extra Osmose scrolls (in the GBA Version I ended up using it on Ricard for SoR).
