Hatsukoi Limited is the name of the manga. It is written by Mizuki Kawaa who also wrote Ichigo 100% and Lilim Kiss.
It basically explores the ins and outs of various relationships of various individuals. It is very well done. But the thing to remember is that it is a comedy, not a serious drama like Bitter Virgin. So don't go in expecting anything ultra deep(basically the relationships are well developed, but not to the point where it becomes a serious drama).
