Default Help me look for artists !!

Okay so just started sixth form, doing AS levels, one of which is Art. It's very fun, although since i've been back at school i've been doing 10 hour days seeing as I keep staying behind to get work done

Anywho, as anyone that has done/ is doing GCSE or A level Art would know, you need to contextualise your work by researching into the works of other artists.

However, i'm finding trouble looking for artists that have done nice watercolour pieces so help would be very much appreciated thankyouplease

Yeah you would think that that would be a good place to look, but my teachers hate when we choose artists from there. They want us to contextualise our work using 'established' artists i.e. ones they would recognise

Go to the library, and look in the art section.

    Rembrandt, Van Gogh, etc.

I looked up watercolor in wikipedia and there are a lot of artists named in there that you might be able to research and use:
