Xion Theory
Ok, so, I was thinkin', like, I know who Xion is. I know... WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! Xion is Goofy! Hear me out, I know it seems far-fetched but I have proof.... well, not really.
But ok, Goofy wasn't content was sleeping that whole year. So he woke up, and dressed up as a little girl... Wow, this seems more crazy on paper. But c'mon, what do you guts think?!?!?
It would add a neat little twist
So basically, Goofy is actually a girl or Xion is a dude in drag and this ultimately represents what Goofy's Nobody is?
I'm certain Xion will be like most of the later members in Organization XIII and be the Nobody of some person we will probably never meet in the series. Going by the anagram of the names, I'll take a guess that her real name is Ino.
Tbh, I'm more curious about the later members of Organization XIII, especially Marluxia and Saix.

She'll be important to the story but I wonder if her previous life will be. She may be like most of Organization XIII as only their Nobodies are important to the plot. Granted, there is always the chance that any of their original selves may appear in other titles. Birth by Sleep may possibly show us the original people that became the future members of the Organization.
As for her looks... it might just be a coincidence since Nomura's characters tend to look similar to others he's designed. Terra for instance bears a striking resemblance to Zack Fair in his youth from CC.

I think it is obvious that she is a token hire, in an effort by the Organization to get past the gender-discrimination clause in order to remain a tax-exempt business by the Federal Government.
Conclusion? Organization XIII: Lawful Evil.
While it was mildly conspicous before, it's starting become somewhat of a theme for important things in this game to come in 3s.
Heartless, Nobodies, "Unbirths" (if that's what they end up being called)
Sora, Kairi and Riku
Mickey, Donald and Goofy (kind of)
Aqua, Terra, Ventus
Master Xehonart, Ansem (heartless), Xemnas
and now...
Roxas, Axel, Xion
There's little information, but as far as the scans and trailers are telling us these three seem to be a trio as well. I can't remember where I read this, but I think that one of the scans said that Xion is somehow connected to Kairi. Although I don't see how she would be Kairi's Nobody since Namine already exists, and since Namine and Xion are both together in a scene. While Axel has no known connection to Riku, it would make sense that Xion has some connection to Kairi since Roxas is involved.
What that connection is though, I have no thoughts on at the moment.

Maybe Xion is Riku's nobody... Even though Riku never got turned into a heartless, and he's a guy, I guess it could still happen...
Nobody likes my theory? I think it makes perfect sense. About as much sense as the rest of the series anyway.

Your theory doesn't make any sense at all. It's not much of a theory if you haven't explained any of its facets; all you have is a claim, and no evidence. Furthermore, there's nothing in the games that would even support your claim at all, assuming you had evidence in the first place. Even in your own post you have stated that you have no proof, and that your theory is "[crazier] on paper." It's not like the games are terribly difficult to analyze anyways.
Your argument would've had more weight, if you had referenced the event in KHII where Goofy (SPOILER)gets hit on the head with a rock and is knocked unconscious instead of using the argument that "he wasn't happy to sleep for a year," which was fully explained in KHII: if he had moved, he wouldn't have gotten his memories back, pure and simple.
If what you said was true, then Axel is Reno's nobody.

Anyway, what exactly do we know about her so far? She doesn't want to be in the organization, she has blue hair like Aqua, and looks a lot like Kairi, and gets along with Axel and Roxas. Anything else?
Also, I'm a firm believer that Axel IS Reno's nobody. >_>
Which makes me question any other "theory" you might have since as things currently stand, Reno doesn't even exist in the Kingdom Hearts universe.
Is he like the Future Esthar of the KH forums? >_>
