Imagine your rich uncle WarrenW has died and has left you Eyes on Final Fantasy in his will. You decide that you will change the staff. Pick 8 admins and 10 Cid's Knights. (you can pick existing CKs and admins if you like) You can explain your picks if you wish.

theundeadheroThis is indeed true. I feel that when EoFF flourished the most, to me, was when there was a semi-frequent change of staff members. For some time, staff members served for a year or two, and then left, feeling that they wanted to give up their role to someone else who wanted it more. They were then replaced by new qualified members who wanted to serve. This most successful because you not only get fresh insights from different members, but the majority of the staff is made up of members who are active and do their staff duties.
Now, of course, there are many old time members on staff that we begin to see as almost permanent, even though they really don't, if I dare say it, do much. They're not active. I know no one wants to say it, but to be entirely honest, if they do care about EoFF, they would want to see more dedicated members to push the forum forwards in their place.
I feel that, though it will cause a bit of strife, staff needs to be circulated, to allow for new views, fresh ideas, and far more vivid participation.

The ShinRa fully believe the staff do not have too many staff members. There is nothing left to discuss.

As for the eight Admins, the current ones minus Austin, MichaelC and Samuraid. For the CKs I would pick the current ones minus eestlinc and Flying Mullet.
The current staff are all full-on ShinRa. Why would I change that up? As a full-time follower and true believer in the ShinRa cause I would have no other than those who have proven themselves to also be dedicated to the ShinRa cause. Talking of Admins, let me explain why those are the three I would drop. Samuraid is off the list because he has revealed himself to be a supporter of the Avalanche cause, though maybe not in public circles. This is a sad loss because of how valuable he is. As for MichaelC and Austin, well, as far as anyone can see they just seem to keep an air of secrecy about them. Even among the top levels around here rumors fly as to what exactly it is they are up to. Now for the CKs. If you don't know why i would drop Flying Mullet then you obviously haven't been paying attention to the elections. Not only is he a supporter of Avalanche, he's their candidates running mate! What kind of treacherous activity does that hint at? Who knows what else he is doing that we haven't learned of yet? Even they themselves admit to secret plannings and actions they perform without any sort of authorization whatsoever. Then there's eestlinc. While I would be sad to see him go, this one was based on activity. Come back to us eestlincCome back quicky
