Today, Rye unclogged a toilet with a plunger for the first time in her life. :[ Worst experience ever.
Which household tasks have traumatized you? ;;

Helping my brother empty the bin was disgusting, all I had to do was hold the bin whilst my brother pulled out the actual bag, eww. I have never attempted unclogging a toilet xD
Haha, I never fix my own toilet. That's what boyfriends are there for. xD
One time Del Murder was fixing my toilet and he kept telling me to come over and see how to make the handle work again so I could fix it myself the next time. And I was just running around shrieking, "ewwwwwwwwww!!!"
Flushing the toilets here in the UK is traumatizing.
Seriously. You pull the handle, and do they flush? No. A little splurt of water falls. You've got a big pile of crap floatin' there and you just pump the freakin' handle time and time again and nothing flushes. I've stood there for ten minutes and nothing happens. It's the most frustrating thing - seriously - I've ever experienced.
Unclogging the shower drain. I seem to shed quite a bit of hair, as does my roommate. One day we realized that instead of taking showers, we were taking shower/bath combinations just because the drain wasn't draining. He got sick of it and since we didn't have any Drain-o around, he got one of those small wire grabby things most people use when they're messing around with small computer internal parts and delved deep into the drain.
I don't even know exactly what it was. Some sort of hair monster, probably. Either way, it was absolutely disgusting. He started chasing me around my apartment with it and I accidentally punched him in the gut![]()
Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness has never danced in the rain.
Burying a dead body in the back yard. Wait, perhaps I've said too much.
In all seriousness however, I have no trouble with household tasks, besides the fact that they are tasks and I don't feel like doing them because I'm lazy.
B-E-N-D-E-R BEEENNNDER! B-E-N-D-E-R BEEEENNNDER!
I've never changed a diaper in 19 years and I never will. Also, my friend's brother has a video of him with his hands in the toilet... it's disgusting.
The grossest thing I've ever had to do was wash my mom's dirty clothes. (Bras and underwear too. Yuck)
If you think unclogging a toilet is traumatizing, I'd hate to see how you react once you have children, Jessibell.
You guys are all kids. Though a really badly clogged toilet is pretty nasty to clean up =(
Me too! Good thing I'm only having one child! I'm terrified to have to learn how to change diapers. I want a baby girl. If I had a baby boy and he peed on me while I changed him like in the movies, I don't think I could live with myself.
But seriously though, unclogging a toilet is traumatizing. It was so gross to look at and the water kept splashing on my HANDS. BLAGFHRDSDHFBNJGTDHJRFNGDFBFDJ I WAS WASHING MY HANDS FOR A GOOD 5 MINUTES AND THEN I SOAKED THEM IN PURELL.
It usually doesn't happen like that, but you can get a squirt here and there if you're not careful.
