    Default MS Paint and Transparency

Does anyone know of a Microsoft Paint clone that can handle transparency? A polygon lasso tool would be nice, too.

I have GIMP, but I'd rather not put something so large on my flashdrive.

I haven't downloaded or tested any of the following, but either of these sound like what you want:

Active Paint - Free software downloads and reviews - CNET Download.com

SmoothDraw NX - Free software downloads and reviews - CNET Download.com
    ...

There's a slightly trimmed down version of Gimp called Gimp Portable, if you want it for a flash drive:
GIMP Portable | PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB drives
Though at 16mb it's still a little hefty compared to the other suggestions.
