It's not that hard.

Then when you go to edit avatar, just use the option to upload from your computer.

I did that before with the [M] Denmark account. I tried it again using both the [M] Cid and [M] Denmark accounts, and it only lets me do it as [M] Cid. Denmark, are you a Premium Member?

I am, but mulley still managed to do it to me, so well, that's not a factor.
