Why are non-voters not following the rules? I've yet to miss a vote, and all it's doing is throwing suspicion on me. Even when I knew I'd be gone for a while, I still voted.

I've thought about this, and I think a good rule is that if you don't vote one time then your vote is cast against yourself. If you don't vote a second time then you are modkilled. There's no excuse for not voting.
