Most Influential Member is a good one, imho. It's kind of hard to think of anyone who specifically would win, which is good. It's open to anyone. It's also interesting because it's a person who affects EoFFers in ways that go beyond the message board.

More organized predictions parties with a tangible award. FYI thread should be stickied, as to actually inform people of plausible winners who deserve it.

Here's the problem with the current FYC threads.

A. It doesn't get stickied
B. It doesn't get mentioned in the main threads.
C. By the time the organizer gets too finish putting all of the entries given by the nominees a lot of people have already voted.

Ways to fix them.

A. Sticky the FYC thread.
B. Make sure it get's mentioned in the main threads.
C. Do all the FYC award nominations a week early giving the organizer a chance to get things from nominees before voting has started.

Also I'm willing to do the FYC Thread again, I think I did a good job last Ciddies
