<ul style="list-style-image:url(http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m285/fofonda/Emotions/strawberry2.gif)"><li>Mix the strawberries with 3 tablespoons of sugar and refrigerate them for 30 minutes</li><li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit</li><li>Sift together the remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt</li><li>Add the heavy cream and mix well</li><li>Pour the mixture into a pan and bake it for 18 to 20 minutes</li><li>Allow the shortcake to cool, then cut it into pieces, and cut each piece in half horizontally</li><li>Add strawberries and whipped cream between each shortcake pair</li></ul>
