Also - For a list of Recognized Members and Former Staff, THE LIST - by the way - only Recognized Members and Former Staff who have been active in the last year are included in this list, and if you nominate somebody outside the list the nomination will not be accepted.

Also - Award Girl, Election Booth and second accounts are only allowed to be voted for the MLT (Most Likely To...) and Profile (Custom Title, Avatar, Signature) Ciddies.

So, are we allowed to vote second accounts for best RM/FM this time?
