    Default Anyone speak Japanese?

Does anyone know what "no Pika" means, as in the title of the book "Hiroshima no Pika"?

Well, I'm definitely not well-versed, but I do know that the 'no' particle signifies possession. I don't know the context, so I have no idea if Pika is a name or in a literal sense, in which 'pika', if I remember right, means 'flash' or something like that. So if it's a name, it would be 'Hiroshima of Pika/Pika's Hiroshima', or 'Hiroshima's Flash/The Flash of Hiroshima' (which makes more sense, I think)...

    Sorry if I'm wrong.

Default Could that possibly be taken another way?

This book is about the experience of a family during the atomic bomb. "Don't tickle" seems a bit lacking.

Then I'm rather positive that it translates to what I said it did. 'The Flash of Hiroshima'.

    Default That makes sense

Sorry I didn't see the last reply before I replied previously. The flash of Hiroshima makes sense. The author speaks of the Flash quite a bit.

    Thanks for your help!
