    Default In Need!: Website Design.

Hello all. It's been awhile since i've posted anything (i've gotten rid of my ps2 :o!)

I just recently started creating a website and it's proven to be alot of work so far for one who must learn HTML and what not. Yikes.
My question is if anyone out there on the boards knows of any reference materia available on the web to learn HTML, CSS etc and making forums and backgrounds and the like.

If you know of any or would like to give me some pointers please let me know

    Thanks,
    Chris

You should check out Silverlight, it's a new website-making program by Microsoft that splits your work into visual and HTML so that you can work on it more efficiently. It uses visual basic and it makes programming alot easyer to learn since all the libraries are allredy contained and if you know what your doing, it will prettymuch do most of the buisywork for you. ^_^
Here is a website im working on in silverlight, its a small example of what the program can be capable of:

I think you may get more responses for this question if this were in the Help section. *moves*

Well, web design is considered art, but it looks like you are asking about the programming aspect so you may get more responses if it is moved somewhere where there are programmers who can help you.

Once you finish your site, post it in the art forum, I cant wait to see it!
