She was inactive as all hell and ended up scum. And I'm sure there's been plenty of others too, but I don't feel like looking them up for such a stupid argument.

If you just ignore the inactives then you just let the scum have a free pass. Clearly the only viable solution here is to just prevent inactivity.

Normally killing an ACTIVE mafia gets you off to a better start then searching for the ONE inactive mafia.

Inactivity was my plan A, but the rules changed so I had to make an appearance. Then when Psychotic saw right through me I decided the new plan would be for me to take over the town as Del Murder here to save the day! and then kill off anyone who could potentially vie for power.

This was just a bad time, plus half the usual players left, then DBM, AK, and I were hosting, so there were a handful of active townies left that the mafia killed.


Also guys, what do you think of the set up? Too town-sided, mafia-sided, not enough power roles in general, too many?

Just the Caterer. I didn't think there really needed to be another cop, since the Caterer can find out the role specifically, not just alignment.

If I get mafia next time I'm still going to be inactive because I still think that's the best play. Eventually everyone has to be active but it's silly for the mafia to be of the most active on the first few days.
