FFTA: Town-item setup?

So I was thinking of playing FFTA and making it as perfect as I possibly can, and the biggest concern I can think of with a perfect file is what item-town combination setup so I should go with so I dont miss out anything that I couldnt get any other time?

There is a guide on GameFAQs called Region Create Setups (w/Map) (ZIP). This gives optimal setups for creating the world map and includes the Perfect Ivalice setup that you mentioned.
