I always thought smoothies always had sugar and yogurt, or at least one of the two. o_O
Oh well, I've not had too many before. Either way, if it's just fruit and ice, I don't think you have much to worry about other than wondering why you're ruining a banana by grinding it up with ice and nothing else. xD
That being said, even if a smoothie's made with lowfat yogurt, it's still relatively good for you, in comparison to a big sugary milkshake. I prefer them to milkshakes anyway.![]()
