    Soup > Salad.

You can do so much more with a soup!

Salads best quality is the fact that you can arrange the stuff in it to make it really pretty though. My Mom loves salads, so sometimes I make her pretty salads for when she gets home. Heres one I'm planning now!

    Ingredients
    1 large Green Bell pepper
Romaine Lettuce (I never use iceberg. It's just water)
About 5 or so baby carrots (We have them around the house always for snacks)
A few small pieces of Broccoli
    A nice Cucumber
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Take the pepper and cut the top off.
    Empty the center and wash.
    Set pepper aside.
    Peel the cucumber and slice.
    Cut the carrots up.
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber and carrots.
Tear a leaf of Lettuce. into a few medium sized pieces, depending on the size of the pepper.(Never cut lettuce. Ever. It destroys the lettuce and makes you salad wilt much faster.)
Place the lettuce along the sides of the inside of the pepper.
Add the rest of your salad ingredients into the pepper.
Serve fresh with the Vinaigrette on the side, so the person getting the salad can add as much or little as they want.

Optional is to top with choice of nuts, croûtons and/or dried berries. You can also change whats in the salad to your tastes. These are my moms favorite salad stuff, so I add what she likes for her XD
