Yeah the guy is an ass, but so much to the point that it's just amusing for me. Usually his frustrations are based in reality, he just tends to blow them out of proportion in a somewhat comical fashion. What bugged me was that everything he said during and after the run was directed outwardly and didn't include himself. 'you messed up' vs. 'we messed up' etc. Not really what a leader should be doing, even if he doesn't find any fault with his own individual performance.
It was a tough run, only two BLM who don't usually play that job, and only 13 people total. We should have been able to do it but it's not like the probability of failure was insignificant.
