So what is the last thing you ate, and how did you obtain said food. Was it tasty takeout from a local deli? Or a nice home cooked delight?

I had leftover chicken from Thursday with a bit of pasta. It was yummy!

I ate a spinach salad with poppyseed dressing and a turkey sandwich that I made in the kitchen at work. It was delightful!

My last meal was stew beef prepared with spices. It's awesome.

College cafeteria brunch: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and tater tots. Not terrible, but not fantastic.

I had a grilled chicken wrap with honey dijon. Yesterday I made myself some potato and cheddar perogies with fried peppers and baby spinach.

I drank too much last night and I snacked on some chips to help me recover. It's working. A friend of mine is making us a kick ass meal that should help me even more.
