I'll look into mods for autonomous woohoo. I already had some mod to make them more flirty or something anyway (as that's more interesting) but idk if that has autonomous sex.

Haha, I showed that Godfather to Dan last night when we were checking out MtS2 as an example of pure awesome. I'll get Jessweeee some new clothes then, sheesh! She said she wanted a jacket or something and that was the only remotely jackety thing that the default clothes had. What would you like to wear, J♪? Take a your pick! But how can I give people new outfits? I tried to give one to Dan but only the outfits that other Sims were wearing were availiable.

Go out to a community lot and buy them clothes, then change in the wardrobe, or use boolprop to get the clothes hanger thingy and buy them right from there.
Also, for gods sake, start filling aspirations, hire a maid, get some double beds and some more showers. Stinky insanity is only funny for so long..!
Stinky insanity is always funny! I'll get some more double beds though, and maybe, maybe, a maid, if things don't improve, although as you'll see, I have an alternative plan for all their crap.
