The Sims will never fail to give so many chances for Great pictures! Before you go to town, use boolProp on the mailbox to make everybody happy, that way you won't have them being upset about how they want to sit down instead of shopping.

Also for the next Death, you can go with a classic, FIRE. Take bunnies fly pit, clean it out, full it with chairs or something and a fireplace. Sim goes in, light fire. Sell the door. Watch as the Sim wonders how the wooden chair nest to fireplace caught on fire.
