Honeycombe. I'm sure you don't get it in America as before my girl came here she'd never heard of it. It's basically an air-bubbled, brittle toffee. It's mixed into the ice cream. It is epic. It is better than epic. It is so epic that I'm typing with one hand & cleaning my own drool off the keys with the other.
