I can't sleep if something's on my mind, so once I manage to clear my mind, I usually fall asleep. In other words, I think of nothing.
I'm similar to Momiji. I can't think of what it might be as I fall asleep very quickly most of the time.

I can sleep easily whenever I would rather be awake, and lie awake or 'toss and turn' semi-sleep when I'm supposed to be asleep. It's annoying. Very tedious going through life tired
