OMG I freaking love potatoes! I love scalloped potatoes the best though =3 yum.
I quarter baby red potatoes, toss them in a light olive oil then place them in a casserole dish/corningware and cook them in the oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. Then I take them out toss them with some rosemary, sage, pepper and other spices and put it back in the oven for another half an hour. They come out crispy and taste so good. It's like eating "grown-up" french fries.

Mashed! Mm... yummy mashed potatoes with garlic and parsley. Second favorite is french fries, and third is twice baked.
Generally, I like them mashed.
...actually I can't think of a single way I don't like potatoes. Other than in toilets and stuff like that.
