    clearly it'd be made for the guys, so why not every female from a past FF, in basically a land of the Amazon girl type game. Except there are only females around the world, and they never wear clothes. All the guys are kept underground for breeding purposes and you never actually see them, they're only hinted at early on and seen in shadows as the game progresses.
