so i was updating one of my ps3 games and you know as well i do DO not shut off the console. well one of my roommates did and now i cannot play that game anymore i was just curiious if any of you knew how to fix this if there is even a fix. :cry:

Ask your room mate to pay for a new game and tell him not to touch yourwithout asking.
Never happened to me before, but you should be able to navigate through the XMB to delete whatever it was that was downloaded. I think it would be under 'Game Data' rather than 'Saved Data', then try it again.
Yeah, try what JKTrix suggested. As long as the PS3 still works okay you should be able to get the game working again.
