Obviously, there's not going to be a right or wrong answer, but I have to go with Bowling for Soup. They did one of the theme songs for the Drew Carey Show!

It's a trick question. They're both talentless, souless, clueless fecknuts.

They're both terrible, but when I was 10 I was hugely into Bowling For Soup and had a couple of their albums.

Fall Out Boy probably has more talent, but they really don't know how to use it, I've only heard maybe two songs I could tolerate. Bowling For Soup may not be very versatile but they're a lot more fun with generally better (if repetitive) music. Though I don't purposely listen to either one anymore (and actually never listened to Fall Out Boy on purpose anyway)
Both bands, are unbelievably crap.
