Zombies are very easy to survive. Just go out and get a full set of motorcycle leathers. Pretty sure human teeth cannot tear it if high speed impacts with concrete are unable to. Then just find a female zombie, put a bucket over her head (just in case) and make her your sex slave until the military show up and shoot you.
