Is there any music or song that just kinda creeps you out?
Mine always used to be 'Who Are You' from FFVII, but recently i found Parasite Eve's main theme...and it just really erghs me...and now I want to find more of the same ^_^ =D
Any suggestions?
Alot of the Silent Hill music is creepy, you should check that out.

Car Chase Terror by M83 kind of creeps me out, it's rather overwrought but there's something arresting about it.
"Excuse me Miss, do you like pineapple?"
Some Radiohead songs creep me out, but that's usually a good thing...
Seconded for SH, especially Wounded Warsong and Breeze in Monochrome Night.
The BGM for Baaj Temple in FFX is wonderfully atmospheric and dark, perfect for the Aeon it hides. It sounds like a lost level of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver.
Speaking of which the main theme of LOK:SR (Ozar Midrashim) is wonderfully creepy.

Silent Hill music is the smurfing sex.
Marilyn Manson's Procardia is really smurfing weird. It's less of a song, more of a very, very weird sound clip that makes me feel uncomfortable for 4 minutes.
ACTUALLY, all of Smells Like Children and all of Marilyn Manson's hidden tracks are messed.
