In one playthrough, I had Cloud's Level 3 Limit Breaks before Sector 7 fell. I don't know how.
Im doing that in the forest you find Yuffie now, with Cloud and Nanaki right now. Aeris I'll do later, when she is strong enough to stay alive with the other party members dead, for maximum limit gauge increasing. Maybe I'll do it now, I dont know...

Just got up to that canyon place, where the buggy breaks down. Not bad for time either. It only took me an hour 15 to get to Junon, then I slowed down a bit...
