Probably talking about that temple place where the wind won't let you re-enter.
It says "The wind lays my path", and it's referring to the small shreds of blizzard you can see running across some paths. Walk into one of these blizzards and you'll be forced into a fight with Wyerds. If you wait until the blizzard temporarily ceases, you can avoid the Wyerd fights.
