In a small chamber, with a window looking out into space, Erin watches as the moon draws ever closer. Trey walks in.

Erin: Dax...you're there somewhere...I'll find you...I know I will.
Trey: We will. We have to. I'll die to get him back.
Erin: You would?
Trey: Yeah. He's the leader of the Chosen Ones.
Erin: Oh, yeah, about that...what are we going to do abotu Rion and Elena?
Trey: I really don't know. It's their own choice whether or not they come...so I can't really stop them. Even if I know that they will die saving the planet.
Erin: Yeah...I guess...this whole situation is so complicated, isn't it?
Trey: Yeah...it really is. But it will be over soon enough. Peon and Tovart will die...and Apocalypse will not be released. Even if it means that the Prophecies won't come true.
Erin: So you don't want to defeat Apocalypse?
Trey: If Apocalypse is released, then millions of people of our precious world will die. I can't let that happen.

An alarm starts blaring off. The two rush to the bridge. Cid is piloting the ship.

Slicer: What the hell's going on?
Cid: Hmmm...it seems the fortress on the Moon is defending. Looks like we'll have to go into battle. I'll stay here and pilot the ship. There are three robots coming at us, from three different sides. You people go.
Rion: All right! I'll lead one group.
Trey: I'll take one.
Wedge: I never get to lead, do I?

The two surviving parties make it on the ship.

Cid: Where're Wedge, Mog, and Slicer?
Rion: I don't know...you think that maybe they lost?
Cid: I'll zero in on where they fought that robot...

He zooms in... he sees the Ultra Robot grabbing the party and dragging them off to the moon.

Cid: Let's go get them!

The ship reaches the moon, about three miles from Tovart's fortress.

Inside the prison, a guard comes to the cell holding Slicer, Mog, and Wedge. He opens up the door, and lets Slicer out.

Wedge: Huh? What are you doing?
Slicer: Heh heh...I told your group that you were stupid...but no one believed me.
Mog: Kupo, you were a spy?
Slicer: Yes...allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mordikai Dracula, the first bloodwraith and founder of the Hades Empire. I had to disguise myself in order to get you up here to Master Peon...so he could destroy you, finally.
Mog: Kupo, I can't believe this...
Mordikai: I'm afraid that you must. You have no choice. I can kill you any time that I want to, fools. Your friends will be arriving at any time. Some of your friends are already here...they're actually about three feet away from you. Ha ha! You trusted me...and now you will pay for your mistakes!
