Cid is still a bloodwraith but only in the body, the evilness was removed from his body by Kathy when she took out the demon. So he is still eligible to go into the temple. There is no actual fact that he isn't a bloodwraith anymore (Neither in the body or in the spirit of a bloodwraith), so I that is why I say that he is still a bloodwraith in the body.
