Not as much the actual death, but (SPOILER)Luzzu's reaction to Gatta's death in FFX always sort of got to me.

Never was happy with the implications that (SPOILER)Harle (Chrono Cross) and Vivi (FFIX) died either, though the latter is a bit more official.

I was sad about Rufus, but Advent Children sort of made a mockery of my pain.
