I had Aero but got rid of it since it made my firefox processes huge. I'm currently giving Noia 2.0 (eXtreeme) a spin it's pretty much just a stylised default with some nicer looking logos and smoother edges.
Mine looks like Aero Fox, but isn't.

Browser skins make me think of Hotbar! for Internet Explorer, and that is bad memory juju.
