I just answer with hello, and then proceed to tell them that I'm not my father/brother because apparently I sound like them both.

If I'm expecting a call, I'll usually answer with "what the hell do you want?" Makes for fun times when it's not the person you were expecting

When I answer my cell, it's usually "yello" and I'm not sure why xD
