Well hey when you're new to mafia, all the roles are pretty much gobbledegook anyway! Overeager Vigilante is just as alien as Lee Harvey Oswald (assuming that's the route Boko is gonna take). GB knows what he's doing, I'm sure he'll explain all of the roles and make it easy to understand.

As I kinda mentioned before, a complex game. Not just cause of the names but cause of there being more "different" roles.

Different roles, but they'll be easy and understandable. That heads up is more or less a warning so the town doesn't lynch the first person who claims a never-heard-of role. xD

What is the projected start date, as well as the time limits on day and night phases? Because depending on them I might be able to play around my midterms.

I want to join, but if it starts the week of St Patty's day then I will be too busy with school and work to join.

I'd expect this to start by next weekend. Sooner is unlikely as I still have to change all the account passwords, make role PM's, get avatars, and get players and replacements. Days will be 24 hours long (unless a majority is reached of course), and nights will be 12-16 hours long (note the variable, if it's apparent that night roles are all in different timezones I will be willing to cut some slack).

This may be an issue for me, depending on what my Midterms will be. I know three will be take home, so I'm hesitant to sign up and risk overextending myself. I'll know for sure what they are on Thursday, and I'll let you know then. I'll still watch if I can't play though
