From the list you can never go wrong with Indy three. It was an easy choice with Back to the Future three being second.

I chose Back to the Future Part III, fantastic end to the trilogy, the train set-piece at the end is thrilling, almost as good as the clock at the end of the first film.
Last Crusade is also excellent ("I'm as human as the next man" "I was the next man!") as is Return of the King.
Robocop 3 - no! XD

Lethal weapon 3 is awesome
Return of the Jedi must be the weakest Star Wars film of the original trilogy because it hasn't got any love yet.
