My Ecc Challenge Classes

Ive Recently started An Ecc after ive beaten the game.
Balthier-chemist
Fran-dark Knight
Penelo-Archer
Vaan-Thief
Basch-Paladin
Ashe-White Mage

Ive just gotten to leviathan and i had to mote farm using imperials to beat the judges in the room before you get ashe. Now i cant beat Judge Ghis. Any Tips? And Are my classes well balanced or not? Critisisms Are appreciated.

Ghis Kills be with Aero instantly so He takes out a whole party in a single attack and the same with the next back-up party.i cant mote farm because the alarm is off and ill be savagly jumped by the imperials.So i have no idea on how to proceed without cheating the ecc..which i dont want to do.

Penelo would be the better White Mage. She has higher MP and higher healing power (idk why). Balthier hits better with ranged attacks (i also dk why).
