Fighter would love VII.
Red XIII would hate them all due to the lack of support for paws.

Black Mage would hate to play IX, but he'd love to play IV.
The cast of FFVII would no doubt play FFVI and it would be a very amusing experience.

Cloud would probably relate really really well to Squall in VIII, but then toss it away when he realises Squall's girlfriend doesn't die.
Zidane would be overly nice to everyone in the games he plays, making FFVII and VIII tough for him =o
If Sephiroth played XII, he would equip everyone with katanas and set their gambits to Ally:any => Attack

Cloud, Squall and Tidus would all be confused as hell with FFIX.
