Favourite Weapons

I like the Thief Knife, Lightsaber Atma Weapon and Tempest. Fixed Dice isnt too shabby either.

I think Lightbringer and Valiant Knife are my favorites.

I'd use Ultima Weapon more often but I usually never have enough HP for it be good enough.

Atma/Ultima Weapon, Ragnarok, Fixed Dice, and the Holy/Pearl Lance are some of my faves. I also love all the Elemental swords. I really feel no game in the main series have done the elemental swords as well as VI did. I love striking an enemy and getting that bit of extra damage from the spell afterwards.

I agree. Having the swords randomly cast the spell for their element was an ingenious idea IMO.

I don't remember the weapons being able to cast spells randomly in FFV... Maybe its just been awhile since I used them in that game or maybe it just didn't happen as often as it does in VI... I must investigate!

My chars are around level 20 now, just got the airship not to long ago. I have terra with a genji glove, hero ring, blizzard blade and thunderblade. she does pretty good with this setup.

I liked most of Setzer's weapons because they usually had pretty cool animations with them. I'm also a sucker for the lightsaber though. I did rather like Ragnarok too, because it looked cool and I just loved the animation of flare that would occasionally accompany a physical attack.

Chocobo Brush, because it's a paint brush made from chocobos used as a weapon by a little girl.

from VII I liked Nail Bat (lol think I've used it for 1 battle to see what it looked like) and Venus Gospel

Valiant Knives were also fun times.

Theres so many cool weapons I cant narrow it down T_T
