Okay so I go to forest just outside of Istory and beat Ramuh, but when I check my summon spells he's not there, am I missing something or what?

Yeah , you're missing something...You obtained an Item "Ramuh" so go to your inventory and use it.Right now.

Ifrit shiva and carbuncle appear in places, often like a green energy ball. You may have seen when you fight Shiva what I'm taking about. Ifrit was found in the (SPOILER)libary of ancients, right in a book
