Suspicious story. I believe the fact that he could have been erect when this happened was left out because that's the only plausible way the fish could have fell from out of his hand and into his urethra. Otherwise, it would've been facing down and the fish would've just fell on the floor or into the toilet bowl; the second one being the one it was probably trying to do.
