I actually liked Vaan and Penelo, ooh and Al-Cid too! I don't care much for the whole of the Ivalice ALLiance (well at least not Revenant Wings ) but I did enjoy watching Vaan and Penelo grow up. Though it would have been amusing to see Balthier appear and show Vaan up in FFTA2. I just wish Basch got this much love. He's like one of the fan favorite characters in XII and has yet to make a cameo appearance outside of XII (Unless you want to count his lame role in RW )
